Contact Form is available in two versions. One free, and one under a commercial license with lots of extra features.
If you're not planning on controlling every facet of your form and you only need a simple way to let users contact you via email, then the free version should be enough.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
