To access the organizer window, choose 'Organize' from the menu. You can also set up a
hotkey to open it from preferences.
You can create your own folders to put items in by pressing the '+' button in the lower left-hand corner of the window. You can delete a selected folder by pressing the '-' button.
The Inbox folder is special and cannot be deleted or renamed. It works like you'd expect the inbox in a mail program to work. Newly-shoved entries are placed here by default.
From within the organizer, you can view, move, rename, delete, export, and label entries.
To view an entry, you can double-click on it.
To move entries, you can drag them to a folder on the left.
To rename an entry, right-click and choose 'Rename'.
To delete an entry, click the 'Delete' button in the toolbar.
To export an entry, click the 'Export' button in the toolbar. You'll be asked where you want it saved and what format to save it in.
To label an entry, click on 'Label' in the toolbar and choose the color you want to label it.
You can search entries by entering what you're searching for in the rounded textfield that's, by default, in the top-right corner of the window. This will search within the title as well as the contents of an entry.
To change the columns at the top of the organizer, right-click on the headings and check off the columns you want.
