How to install your Video Drivers!

If you reinstall Windows ME on your hard drive you need to install the S3 Savage IX Video drivers.

Follow the steps below to install the S3 Video drivers.

1. From the Taskbar click 'Start', 'Settings' and 'Control Panel'.

   

2. Double click the 'Display' icon.
3. The 'Display Properties' Screen will appear. Click the 'Settings' tab

   

4. Click the 'Advanced' button. The properties screen for your currently installed video driver appears.
   Click the 'Adapter' tab.

5. Click the 'Change' button. The Update Device Driver Wizard window appears.
   Click the 'Next' button.
   
    
6. Select 'Display a list of all the drivers in a specific location, so you can select the driver you want'. Click the Next button.
   
     
7. Click the 'Have Disk' button. Click the 'Browse...' button and locate driver you want to install.
   
   
   
8. Select 'S3 Inc. Savage/IX w/MV' in Select Device screen and click 'OK' button. 
   
    
   
9. After Driver installation is completed. Restart your computer.
